Started at 19
At 19, opened and ran a 35-workstation internet cafe and sports bar in Greece. Every machine, every cable, every network issue was mine to solve — with paying customers waiting. That environment teaches you more about keeping systems running than any certification.
Professional IT career begins
Moved into professional IT — systems engineering, MSP work, and building IT departments from the ground up. Managing infrastructure for SME clients, server deployments, networking, and helpdesk escalation across multiple client accounts.
TechItEasy founded
Founded TechItEasy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Custom IT solutions and systems integration for SMEs and enterprise clients across EU, USA, UAE, and Southeast Asia — Fintech, Healthcare, Hospitality, and WISP sectors. 100% referral pipeline from day one.
Fintech IT leadership
Through TechItEasy, took on a long-term Director of Information Technology engagement at a Fintech firm — managing security, network architecture, and compliance infrastructure through five years of growth under financial sector standards.
Building AI products
Started building AI-powered products on top of TechItEasy's private infrastructure. TaskMan for AI task coordination, ArcWise CRM with real-time AI assistance, and Raiven for personal crypto portfolio management. All deployed on private LLM gateway infrastructure — no data leaving the network.
20 years in. Still building.
Two decades of IT infrastructure. The last three years focused entirely on AI — deploying LLM-powered tools, automation pipelines, and agentic systems for real business operations. CCNP certified. NVIDIA AI certified. Pipeline still 100% referral.
